While in general I agree with your position, I think you’re going a bit overboard in trying to claim that “people” as an overall group are “inherently drawn to” any one particular moral philosophy. The world would not have as many different moral philosophies as it has if everyone were drawn to the same one; those who are satisfied with what they have don’t go inventing new ones.
