To be a leader with such strong yellow, I need to learn to practice better organization and task focus. I can work with others, so that we can use our brain preferences to each other’s advantage. I also have a pretty high red because I have a lot of emotion toward the needs of others. This is good, but in a leadership position I could struggle to make tough decisions, escpecially when it impacts others.
