Feel it all-A Short Poem

I welcome all the pain and hurt,
The challenges,
The ugly past and mistakes
The scary future,
Those who have hurt me,

My heart is too heavy,
All I’m learning is not to fight myself,
Can’t hurt you,

For now, all I need is to feel it all,
The pain and fears,
Let there be no tomorrow or yesterday,

Just now, I’ll let myself fall,
Without trying to find the strength to get up.
