Poverty and African American

Everyone should be entitle to a better quality of life. The rich keeps getting richer why the poor continue into a cycle that can not be broken. Poverty needs to be address . The black race continue to live under the average income level.Instead of incarcerating juvenile by the time they are adults we need to stand up and give these kids great quality of living. Every child needs to have the proper meal in order to concentrate in school. In most black school districts, kids do not have adequate teachers, they do not have computers in their school as compare to their white counterpart. The unemployment rate is so high in this community that poverty continue to increase. Society needs to give people from this race second chance, when they leave jail. Instead of over crowding these prison’s walls we should teach people how to be better and productive citizens .
