States can provide them for free, or use a drivers license. Someday, hopefully there will be a blockchain app that stops voter fraud. When I served as a judge, I saw it first hand and was powerless to stop it. We couldn’t even question a signature that didn’t look like a previous signature-”Maybe the guy had a stroke-maybe he was having a bad day that day”. In Chicago, the rules are set up so they cheating is within the law. On the north side in the retirement homes, Democratic campaign workers bring the ballots to the elderly, and then help them fill them out…….ya, no voter fraud goes on there at all…..
