I think both views need to be considered.As designers, they are trying to fill in the gaps and make the controller even more perfect.

In the aspects of human factor analysis, evaluation and so on, it is unable to meet the design requirements of product human-machine-environment, so more scientific basis should be provided, by using ergonomic theory and biomechanics to guide the user’s comfort experience, the design methods such as the comfort of the grip handle have become a new direction.
