Biology

Suicune is a blue, quadrupedal Pokémon with white diamond-shaped patterns. It has a white face and underbelly. Suicune has a broad, purple mane resembling the aurora borealis, as well as two white, streamer-like tails that sweep ahead. It has a white snout that is rather long. Suicune’s crest is a big hexagonal cerulean blue crest with two prongs on each side of the base. It has red eyes, a tuft of hair beneath its chin, and little, white paw pads.

Suicune has the ability to travel over water and cleanse filthy water with a single touch. It follows the north wind over grasslands in quest of water to cleanse. Northern winds tend to blow stronger when it is present. Suicune is claimed to be the Legendary beast closest to Ho-Oh in Pokémon Crystal. It is also thought to be connected to the Unown. Suicune is valiant, earnest, and calm in difficult circumstances in the anime. Suicune is revered as the personification of both the north winds and the compassion of clean spring waters.
