Thank you for posting this, very much! This thing about working with that prejudice against those of us in tech which you so profoundly describe, is that people are left to discover their own eschatological roadmap with or without help from the above. I’m glad you found yours. I like how well you articulated the emotional exhaustion we all sometimes feel over this issue. There’s the human issue and the technical ones. I think your open letter will help me explain this distinctions to others, since the consumers in my life with don’t always sees it that well. Do keep posting!
