Prerequisites

Start off by setting up Metamask extension. You will need to create an account, configure Metamask to use Ropsten test network and get some test Ether to play with. Here is the detailed guide about how to do it blog.bankex

Then go to the https://ropsten.poolsar.io, register, confirm your email and begin exploring.

Pipeline

To begin you need to create your new syndicate. Click on Create syndicate and fill all the required deatails about your syndicate. For the test you can use ICO wallet eth addressprovided by us 0x6e2d973Bd56a6b2fA1257Fb6DD3Ccb28d7916283. It is a simple ICO crowdsale contract that will send back 1 token for each ETH it gets. Set your cap limits and fee percentage that you take and click Next.

After that, you will be provided with the screen with all the data required to send the transaction to the network to create your syndicate.

Click Send Tx and Metamask confirmation window will appear. Confirm the transaction by clicking the button in the Metamask window.

You will see a message with a link to the created transaction.

Click Go to dashboard.

In few seconds transaction will be mined and your syndicate will be created and its name will appear on your dashboard. Click it to go to the management screen.

From the management screen you can control the state of your syndicate. While your syndicate is in open state, you can only wait until minimal cap will be reached, or you can fail your syndicate and every participant will be able to get their money back.

Also there is Open as investor link which leads to the investor’s view of the syndicate. You can participate by yourself or send the link to other people to participate.

Also at some point you will need to set Token contract address, so that every participant will be able to claim their tokens. If you are using test ICO provided by us then the token address is 0x7643850E37C001F5CCd740eD3340D53cB8C442F2.

Investor’s view has other actions. While syndicate is in open state everybody can deposit or withdraw their funds.

When your syndicate collects more than minimal cap funds you wiil be able to send funds to the ICO.

After the funds are sent you will be able to collect fees.

And when a contract will receive tokens, investor’s view will show available tokens in the Info block. Also Claim tokens button will be available.

Sometimes it happens that the ICO returns all or part of the Ethers back to syndicate contract. In this case, each participant can take the Ether from the contract in accordance with its share. In investor’s view appears info field Available for refund and Claim refund button.

That’s all. For more information, please contact us directly in telegram(@AnDoom, @JiroNakamura, @con_amore), or by using chat at our website.
