This core value is rooted in a growth mindset. As an organization, Dagger has an ambitious vision and one that can only be achieved through organizational growth. Growth takes change, and change can often be uncomfortable.

We all have fears. For some of us it’s public speaking, or taking a (seemingly) daunting fitness class, or perhaps an awkward chat with a client or manager. Dagger acknowledges that it’s these moments where breakthrough (personal and professional) growth occurs.
