I bet you didn’t expect this at all. How the hell can cleaning help you when you’re going berserker? Well this is what the article is all about - how you can harness your rage and do something positive. Of course ,I’ll tell you the best option for dealing with stress, but promise you wont tell anyone and clean after you’re done ☺
So for starters the most important thing to remember is anger is a state of mind and you can deal with it.
You don’t have to suppress your anger, because it accumulates and that makes you more nervous — in the end everything bursts out. There are several techniques you can use in order to prevent this from happening. You have to figure out a way to express your anger in a way that doesn’t affect others.
The first thing that is quite effective is to grab a pillow, stick your head in it and start screaming until you’re feeling better.

Other method that works, people say, is to count slowly to fifty (or whatever big number you want). Well, I’ve tried I and believe me, it doesn’t work. The reason for that is because when you’re angry your mind is working fast, therefore counting slow is just like someone telling you to calm down. What you actually need when you’re pissed is to do something fast which requires a lot of energy. This is the only way you can calm yourself without harming anyone around.
And in this moment cleaning can help, because it is estimated that cleaning the entire house is the same as a workout in the gym. Of course you can’t dust the delicate cat statues of your wife/husband that you hate so much, because it is a 100% curtain you’ll brake them into pieces. Here I’m talking more about the dirty work that no one wants to do — like scrubbing the bathtub and cleaning the tough stain from the carpet. If you don’t believe me, try and find out for yourself.

When you’re dealing with a stain on the carpet you can imagine it is the person who irritated you — the satisfaction of eliminating him/her from the face of earth is simply marvelous ☺
And now for the grand finale and probably the most effective method for dealing with anger:
Go to the kitchen and open the cupboard where the dishes are. Take one and smash it! — works best if you have tiles — the sound of something breaking is so cleansing ☺
But remember to clean after and buy some new dishes. This anger management method is great, but it’s the most expensive one, I agree ☺
