Pop Recruits Bug Bounty Hunters for Beta Testing Phase

Pop is grateful to have a dedicated community who continues to contribute to the development of the Pop app. We have seen incredible support from our alpha testers so far and we’d like to continue to reward our testers as we move to the next phase of beta testing. In this phase, we’ll introduce our Bug Bounty Program. With the help of vigilant Bug Bounty Hunters, we’re counting on you to help us improve the Pop app in time for its final public launch!

It is essential for us to deliver and maintain the highest level of security to our users. Hence, with the Bug Bounty Program, we’re inviting you to participate in identifying potential vulnerabilities and bugs in our system. In return, based on the severity of the bug, you will receive rewards!

How it works

1. Identify a bug: If you come across a bug or a potential security vulnerability on our platform, please report it to us immediately.
2. Submit a report: Submit a detailed report of the bug, including steps to reproduce it, along with any relevant screenshots or videos. All reports will be submitted via a Lark Document. Pop Feedback Form
3. Rewards: For each unique and validated bug that you report, you will receive a reward between 1–10 USDT or $PPT. The amount of the reward will depend on the severity and impact of the bug, and will be determined by the Popoo team.
4. Public list of known bugs: Before submitting a bug, please refer to the public list of known bugs to avoid duplicates.

Rules

1. Do not intentionally harm the platform or its users.
2. Do not disclose any information about the bug to anyone outside of the Bug Bounty program.
3. Only report bugs that you have discovered yourself.
4. The final decision on the validity and severity of a bug will be made by the Popoo team.

Duration

The Bug Bounty Program will run until public launch.

Reward Tier System

We have established a three-tier reward system based on the severity and impact of the bug:

Tier 1: $1 Reward — Minor bugs with minimal impact on the platform or its users.

Tier 2: $3 Reward — Moderate bugs with moderate impact on the platform or its users.

Tier 3: $10 Reward — Major bugs with a significant impact on the platform or its users.

Distribution

All USDT payments or equivalent $PPT airdrops will be distributed after official launch.

Ultimately, Pop is establishing this Bug Bounty Program to improve the security and stability of the Pop platform.
