I hate being fat, my effective diet pills.

To halt your food intake, make sure you plan your food consumption everyday. Be conscious what you eat and how much. Please, do not snack on cookies and other sweets, but start getting into the habit of eating healthy natural foods. Nuts and raisins are a great alternative–due to how it fills our digestive system, and tells your mind that you are full for many hours. Modifying your eating behavior will help get rid of that stubborn fat. It just requires some discipline.

Effective Pills

Studies show that pills can cause you to be overweight. Many prescription drugs, including steroids, which are used for people with asthma and other inflammatory conditions, can cause you to have stubborn fat. A diet-pill that actually works is the ‘holy grail’ of medicine that everyone is searching for. That being said, there is no such thing as a magic pill. I say dump all the drugs, and look for an alternative, a natural remedy is in your best interest. For instance, fasting for people who are depressed, actually uplifts people minds and spirits. Fasting also makes you lose the stubborn fat, and retain muscle.

The supplement industry has been very deceiving to the general public over the past decade. We are in a capitalistic society, it’s the land of free enterprise, build your niche as they say, “distort the research, make up your own facts, create a new and different product, slap that microscopic FDA disclaimer on it, market it, and sell it to misguided people.” Sorry to be redundant, there is no such thing as an effective diet pill. These conglomerates lie to us, we need to lose the weight, by having a clean diet and exercise.

I hate being fat

As far as getting rid of the stubborn fat, another method is decreasing your intake on red meats. We are supposed to only consume a handful of meat (2 to 6 ounces per day). Majority of Americans go over that. “After all, Americans are among the very highest per capita consumers of meat on the planet, eating on average 71 pounds of red meat (beef, pork and lamb) a year, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.”

Try oatmeal and raisins with crushed walnuts in the morning, do not skip breakfast. You need it. No breakfast makes you feel sluggish and irritated throughout the day. Its takes only a few minutes to cook, and what you eat in the morning, you will burn throughout the day. Some dietitians say its OK to go without breakfast. I don’t believe that.
