Healthy does not equal skinny

It took me awhile to figure out that healthy does not equal skinny. Growing up I always had a love for sports. The lessons that I learned from the various coaches and teams proved to be invaluable in life. Getting your child involved in some sort of community whether it be dance or football, is so utterly important to the development of his or her being. I can honestly say that if it hadn’t been for sports I would have been completely lost as a child.

After high school, there was no coach, no team, and no accountability. I was lost. I did what every other normal seeming adult did and joined a gym. I spent one to two hours there five days a week with little to no results. It was a roller coaster ride for years and I was frustrated beyond belief. It wasn’t until I was scrolling through Facebook one day that I came across my friend who posted a before and after picture. My jaw dropped. I knew this girl to be a party animal and here she was taking control of her life! It was inspiring to say the least.

She told me she started replacing one meal a day with Shakeology. I decided what the hell and gave it a try. After one month of drinking it I had not only lost ten pounds, but felt for the first time in my life that I had steady energy throughout the day. Another month went by and I realized I no longer needed my medications for IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). The doctors told me I would be on prescriptions for the rest of my life and this simple shake had allowed me to feel normal again. After drinking Shakeology daily for over two years, I can honestly say it was the best decision of my life to reach out to my friend on Facebook.

If you can relate to anything I’ve written, I urge you to take control of your situation and ask me about Shakeology. This delicious shake has truly transformed many people’s lives. Skinny does not equal healthy, and after so many years of being lost, I am found again.
