A simple movement can change your health…

I want you to take a moment and think about how your body feels.

Take a minute right now, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Come back to this article in a minute. I won’t go anywhere.

All right you did this exercise right?

Now what movement could help you feel better right now? Maybe another deep breath, a neck roll, an arm twist, bending forward, walking, sighing out, … the list goes on.

It took you about 1 min and 10 to 20 seconds to do the whole thing. It actually took longer to do that first minute of awareness but it was important and meaningful.

Now please image that: you, doing this 5/10/20 times a day.

That would be a total of maybe 30 minutes.

THIS in itself could be enough to change your health!

Yup

How you feel at the end of the day can be improved by that very simple exercise so try it.
