Breathe mindfully

Really cool exercise today.

I decided to try a new mindset for pain relief.

Breathe when you feel pain.

But then remember that pain is an information from the brain.

When you keep that in mind you will realize that sometimes it goes from a pain feeling to a internal talk about your pain and what you should do about.

It goes like this: ”I can’t do this or I will be hurting”, “I should be careful there and protect myself to be able to get better today”

It sometimes leads to “apprehension tension” that locks you into the pattern.

Breathing mindfully you realize 3 things

  • Where is coming from?
  • How bad is it?
  • Where should you breathe from?

Use that information to open your body progressively.

This method works very well when you have some kinks from the day before: too much in a work out, move your furniture, etc…

Practice and you will see it actually produces results.
