I love this! I prefer to mull things over sometimes. I prefer to enjoy a nap sometimes. I am not a machine nor do I want to become one. When we have robots that can do that for us then we will actually work less and not 10X and die. Now it’s true that we can do more. Should we do more quantity over quality? Should I empty myself faster than I fill myself? What is funny is that there are 2 strong sides right now with 10x vs flow (or whatever you want to call it). And as a business owner being part of the health and wellness industry one thing that I notice in my chronic pain clients’s lifestyle is the absolute guilt of taking their time. One thing after another and… a breaking point later, you have to teach a 60 years old savvy lady to give herself permission to rest when not feeling well. The industrialization era and mister Henry Ford are long gone, heck the social media era is already almost over as far as I am concerned. We are in what I consider being a “consciousness era” and that where we realize that it’s completely normal to accept the fact that we are animals. That we need to evolve at a different level and not just physical and intellectual; being more in the present. Not machines. With a body, feelings, emotions, need to rest, eat, love, live, repeat. So I am totally with you!
For the love of God, stop saving my time!
