MORNING MOOD: DAY’S ENERGY SOURCE

what you do during the first 30 min after waking up will influence your mood for the day.

This will in turn influence your energy (high or low: superhero or grumpy mode)

Our physical posture will be the reflection of that in turn (look at someone depressed they are rounded and kinda fetal like, someone happy is like a cricket on caffein; jumping and open)

Then the muscles will be working together or against each other (when you are straighter the muscles are in balance, when you are rounded your back muscles work like a bunch of elves on Christmas Eve)

So what are the first thing you want to do and think about when you wake up?

Now you don’t have to trust me when I say that and can be all “I totally got this. Can watch Fox News and be happy at the same time.”

SHOULD YOU?

When I wake up in the morning I see my love ones.

Read something uplifting! (I have an app on my phone that gives me a meditation sentence every morning)

Breath fully and look at nature or your companions.

Get your breakfast.

Then, when you are full of energy, love and life you can go on the ocean. With the sunny heart that will keep you in check with your inner peace all day.

Your body will be more open.

Less tension, more relaxation.

Repeat the next day!
