  • Rest
  • Meditation
  • Movement
  • Self care
  • Mindset

But one of my favorite is present in all of those ones.

And is possibly one of the most powerful way to reach a stronger health!

  1. It’s something you have heard before so you could think it’s a underwhelming news (And it’s not!)

2. I want you to think about other ones too and realize you came up with some pretty useful ones as well.

So why CHANGE?

Because breaking down a client’s habitual movement pattern is potentially the single most important part of my therapy sessions.

If you have tried to get better and didn’t succeed you probably are still doing the same thing to some extent.

So change!

Change the way you think.

Change the way you move.

Change the way you do things.

Change the order in which you do them.

Change is not as inevitable as it seems actually.

To be more accurate: a change will be forced into you if you don’t change first and had in the beginning some inadequate habits.

Today as you read this post, change the posture you have, wiggle your muscle tension, take a few deep breath, shake your head gently.

This is part of the change I was referring before.

This is what I want you to do:

Implement minor changes related to your health habits.

Get into creating new routines, a new “healthy habits” lifestyle.

Be relentless and considerate at the same time.
