Pain might make you tired! So what?!

And grumpy!

So when you start to feel like that it’s a good time to break the cycle; stretch, release, walk it of, take a hot bath, etc…

What goes for you might go for your friends, family. Even other people you encounter too.

So if you you are with someone that starts to be all “no good” about stuff, it might be a good idea to give them a break as well. Give them space.

This is a start of a bigger discussion, sometimes though I think information needs to be simple.

Like when you are in pain for example.
