Ultimately being Lean is a tool
What Does it Mean to be Lean?

I’ve seen too many companies using “lean” and “agile” as checkboxes to tick, rather than tools to use. They schedule the standups, add new words to their vocabulary, go back to doing exactly what they were doing before, and claim that lean/agile doesn’t work. Lean without practitioners is as useful as a hammer without someone to swing it.
