Final Fantasy VII Remake Delayed

Today, during the Square Enix conference at E3, the company announced that Final Fantasy VII will be delayed until early 2020. Executive producer, Hideo Kojima, said in an interview: “We are aware that fans have been waiting for years for this installment, but must still make some changes to the game before is released.”

During the conference they showed some new screenshots from the game that showcases the improvement in images and fighting system.

Final Fantasy VII was first announced back in 2003 at IGN Expo, the game was never mentioned again until 2015, where it was showcased in E3 with the announcement of a release date in 2017.
