Power Sisters is a collection of generative and handpicked NFTs ready to explore the metaverse. We are a community-first project aimed at empowering women in education and providing female artists the opportunity to make the important connections necessary to excel in the web3 space.

Genesis Roadmap — Post Sale Goals

• Discord Community (DAO): We will start our DAO community with all Genesis NFT holders, there will be holders-only channels. They will have the option to express their views and vote for the progress of our project.
• Charity (Girl Child Education): We will be donating 10% of the primary sales to a nonprofit organization that supports girl child education. Donations will be transferred to Malala Fund, She’s the First or Girls Who Code based on the DAO decision. Once the amount is transferred to the charity, we will publish the transaction details to the public.
• Angel Fund: We will be creating a fund for supporting promising female NFT artists. We will be reserving 5% of our primary and secondary NFT sales (Angel Fund) to buy NFTs from budding female artists in the space. Any asset purchased using the Angel Fund will be owned by the DAO.
• Sisterverse: Power Sisters intends to invest in metaverse assets depending on the community’s discretion. We will use the DAO treasury to buy land on one of the popular metaverses in Web 3. All holders will have an opportunity for early access to the Sisterverse and its future benefits.
• Success Party Giveaway: We will be doing our success party giveaway. 5% of the total sales will be reserved for holders only giveaways. Rewards will be given based on the discord participation and invite Competitions.
• Future Free Mints: Once in every 3 months for the next one year (4 phases), holders will receive a free NFT mint. This will be available only for a limited period but will be announced well in advance. We will hire a 3D artist to recreate the Power Sisters NFTs in 3D and will be a free mint to all the genesis holders in the future.

Holders Benefits

1. DAO Membership: We will start our DAO community with all the Genesis NFT holders and there will be holders-only channels. They will have the option to express their views and vote for the progress of our project.
2. Free Mints: Once in every 3 months for the next one year (4 phases), holders will receive a free NFT mint. This will be available only for a limited period but will be announced well in advance.
3. Future release WLs: Auto WL for all the upcoming Power Sisters NFT releases.
4. NFT Launchpad: Whitelist opportunity from other projects, more NFTs you hold, more chances to claim the WL.
5. Giveaways: We will reserve 5% of the total sales (Primary and Secondary) for holders only ETH / NFT giveaways. The date and distribution of the gifts will be based on the DAO’s discretion.
6. Metaverse Early Access: Holders will have an opportunity to experience the Sisterverse even before we make it publicly available.
7. Alpha channel: Alpha updates on upcoming drops. There won’t be any signals or calls, but if any of the DAO members have good experience and are volunteering, we are more than happy to add this feature.

DAO Treasury

Following our genesis mint, 60% of generated revenue will go directly towards our DAO wallet.

Distribution: 5% Angel fund, 5% Holders giveaway, 50% Project Development and Metaverse

1. Project Development: Fund will be used for promotions, partnerships, giveaways, hiring new members and building value for the community.
2. Metaverse: Power Sisters intends to invest in metaverse assets depending on the community’s discretion. In the future, 60% of all the income generated from our metaverse will go back to the community wallet. Future income may include any capital gain on resale (based on DAO decision), or any other income in the long run.
3. Holders giveaway: We will be reserving 5% of the primary sales to holders-only giveaways. Rewards will be given to members who add the most value to the discord community.
4. Angel fund: We will be reserving 5% of our primary and secondary NFT sales (Angel Fund) to buy NFTs from budding female artists in the space. DAO members can vote on which NFT to buy and the NFTs purchased using this fund will become DAO assets.

The community DAO has the right to vote on any and all assets contained within the DAO wallet.
