“I don’t like phones. Ok, maybe not phones. I hate when someone’s calling me. Especially if it’s someone whom I don’t know (and don’t know why he’s/she’s calling me) or someone who decided to call me because he/she can (without trying to schedule the call before).” So… Maybe it’s time to quit entrepreneurship?

Shutting down the company would solve all the problems and nothing bad happen either.
