An everyday normal story on earth, that ended positively, with a community empowering one another. As you get older, those “volunteers” hanging around that make you feel scared, I hope you see them as those who need the same kind, yet different, of help and support you received there on the streets. It’s so hard when we separate our communities so remarkably when we see and respond to others as threats, and often that separation is safe and good, yet if we maintain it rather than reach out to connect with them as well, our violent trends as humans will continue to grow. So glad you and your family are safe and home, just know your fear has a solution we all need to solve here together. One day, you may need help from someone who needs your help equally. Hugs.
