UPSC NDA (2) 2019 Exam — A Complete Guide for Students

USPC NDA 2 Exam is an important gateway for a candidate looking forward to joining any of the three branches of NDA. Before appearing for NDA 2 2019 exam, it is important to know the syllabus, exam pattern and eligibility criteria.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) every year conducts NDA (National Defence Academy) exam to select aspirants to join the academy. The NDA 2 2O19 written exam will be on 17th Novmber 2019, the admit card which was released on Aug 2019 and is available for download from the official website. Students who have filled application form can download the admit card of National Defense Academy Admission exam. The UPSC NDA 2 exam will be in a written format after which the candidate will undergo an interview to get qualified for the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings falling under NDA.

NDA 2 Admit Card 2019:
The admit card for NDA 2 2019 exam is available on the official website of UPSC. The admit card will carry all the information about the candidate appearing for the exam. This includes name, seat number, photo ID and center name. It is mandatory to carry the admit card on the exam day, unless which there will be no entry. If there are any issues in the admit card, then the student should consult with the commission.
NDA 2 2019 Exam Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates appearing for the exam must carry certain eligibility. NDA 2 2019 eligibility criteria include-
● Nationality- Indian
● Education qualification- Should be 10+2 with physics and mathematics
● Physical standards- Should be physically fit in all sense
● Gender- Male
UPSC (NDA) 2 Exam Pattern:
The NDA 2 2019 is a completely written exam having objective type questions. Also, there will be mathematics and general ability test part B will be in the bilingual set.
Intelligence and Personality Test:
This test is conducted in two stages- Stage 1 and Stage 2
Stage 1-
● Officer Intelligence Rating
● Picture Perception Description Test
Stage 2:
● Interview
● Group Testing
● Psychology Test
● Conference
There are three different subjects;
● General Ability- 600 marks
● Mathematics- 300 marks
● SSB/Interview- 900 marks
For every paper, the candidate will get 2.5 hours. The entire exam is in pen paper mode.
SSB Interview Process:
Candidates shortlisted after the written exam will undergo SSB interview. It is undertaken by the Service Selection Board, and is conducted in two different stages-
● Officer Intelligence Rating Test
● Interview and Group Testing
UPSC NDA 2 Syllabus:
NDA 2 2019 syllabus comprises of General Ability and Mathematics. The syllabus is designed by the authority and students can get the syllabus from the official website of UPSC.
UPSC NDA (2) 2019 Application Form:
Aspirants can download the UPSC NDA 2 2019 exam application form from the official website of UPSC. Candidates are required to pay Rs 100 for the application form which can be deposited in any branch of SBI by cash or by using the net banking facility.
UPSC NDA (2) 2019 Result:
The result of UPSC NDA (2) 2019 will be declared in the month of July 2020, the date of which will be mentioned later on the UPSC website. The result date is only declared after the SSB interviews and test. Students will be emailed about the dates.
