I started using Pomodoro technique a month back and the results are good! The problem I always faced was to get started with a task on a day. The small 25 mins interval motivates me to get started and some times I skip a break or two when I am swiftly working on a task to completion.

This technique may not work for everyone, but for me it turned out to be a great method!
