Report #01–22: On involvement of special services
Goal: Investigate the link between gangstalking/voices phenomenon and known organizations
Author: Archibald Ludendorf (PRAG Lead researcher)
CONTEXT
Author of this report is a TI (targeted individual) with several years of experience of gangstalking and hearing voices (also known as auditory harassment or synthetic telepathy).
In this report, “voices” is mostly used as a term instead of “V2K” or others to label the auditory manifestation of the phenomenon.
“Operators” is used as a term for supposed perpetrators.
Due to the voices being prevalent in depth and available data over gangstalking, this report is written in the context of the voices.
INTRODUCTION
Currently the TI community is stuck in the abyss. Consensus is that government agencies are involved in the global persecution, but the states are in denial, while people continue to suffer.
This opposition is so far fruitless and does not seem to promise results anytime soon. On the other hand, there’s a concerning amount of contradictions and data that call us to review our beliefs. Is it possible we’ve been fighting windmills the whole time?
If we build our community on a shaky foundation, never examining or challenging it, everything derived from it may be compromised, if not plainly false. We will not be able to take appropriate actions, to plan, devise countermeasures.
Our group has taken it upon ourselves to return to square one and conduct such a review. It’s in our collective best interest to get our bearings right, so we’d be able to unite under a common consensus and possibly make some progress in discovery.
There is another important reason for this report. If secret services theory is found inconclusive, then all the effort spent by the communities perpetuating this theory becomes useless at best, and outright damaging at worst. Under a staged impression of relatives/acquaintances or even strangers being employed for harassment, TIs sometimes retaliate against potentially uninvolved people. This leads to damage to themselves as well as to their perceived opponents, up to some known lethal incidents. If this is preventable, we should try to stop it by putting an end to misinformation and instead involving people into actual investigation.
This report should answer the question: “Are secret services actually behind the TI harassment”?
ANALYSIS
Let us collect and analyze the aspects of voices/gangstalking phenomena one by one to determine if they satisfy the common conception of “secret service operations”.
Timeframe
Many seem to assume that TI harassment started around 1950–70s. But it is a wrong impression. The TI phenomenon can be traced way back.
In the early 1880s, Russian psychiatrist Kandinsky described many cases of hearing voices that match the same patterns of harassment that TI experience today. In fact, he even experienced voice harassment himself. Unfortunately, he wholeheartedly believed it was merely a mental illness. Being unable to cure it, he committed suicide. But not sooner than describing so-called Kandinsky-Clérambault syndrome, which placed many TIs into insane asylums.
TIs in Tsarist Russia, France and many other countries accurately described almost the same pattern as today’s victims. Only instead of the CIA and the KGB, operators posed as, for example, the tsarist secret police.
But there is more. In the 1790s James Tilly Matthews described the “air loom gang”. Again, his experience mirrors those of the 19th century and today’s, including my own.
This implies that at the end of the 18th century the procedure of TI harassment was more or less the same as today. Same technological capabilities demonstrated. Same tactics used. Looks like a well established, standardized, worked out procedure. And the fact that it hasn’t changed much means that the process should have begun even earlier than that.
Stability of the scenario since first documented cases. also allows us to conclude that this phenomenon is likely not a process of discovery or experiment, but rather a standard procedure being executed, meant to achieve some result. And more than that, since it stays unchanged for so long, it indicates that this task does reliably achieve its goal.
So this brings us to the land of technological anachronism. All the modern patents go out the window. There were no satellites, no transistors, no telephone, no radio even. Electricity was a novel idea that just emerged. There was no CIA, and the secret services of that time were rudimentary by today’s standards, and of course very limited in tech. Even most governments are younger than this “experiment” of at least 230 years.
Duration of the harassment for individuals also worthy of raising the eyebrow. Most cases take years, and in some cases it comes up to several decades, and all that time the voices are usually the same. It implies that operators, having godlike powers on their fingertips, work without breaks and vacations for decades, watching average Joe trying to live his life, doing laundry, having showers, cooking dinner, and commenting on all that. I’ve heard of bad jobs, but this is beyond reasonable.
Patents & Technical supremacy
There is a list of patents supposedly explaining some of the capabilities of the perpetrators. Earliest patents are dated 1950s, deriving from WWII era discovery of microwave auditory effect.
While some of those patents can in some degree explain the experience TIs get, devices described in patents, even the most recent ones, are very primitive in comparison to actual experience. The magnitude of capabilities and precision, the effortlessness of action is incomparable even with assumed capabilities of modern prototypes. In fact, what we see in those patents looks like clumsy attempts at reverse engineering of the technology and principles supposedly used by perpetrators.
Despite the years since the patent publications, there are very few known prototypes assembled and none of them are available for comparison. Noteworthy is the fact that there isn’t any requirement of working prototype to file a patent, it just has to be unique while the functionality described in it might be purely theoretical.
But even if we assume that all the patents are solid, most of the operator’s toolkit is inexplicable by the current state of the tech. To date, no device is known for remotely synchronizing with the subject’s body and controlling it precisely, reading and transmitting thoughts, feelings and sensations, inducing motives and impulses, constructing and manipulating dreams and many more. All of this is a routine for voice hearing TIs as it abundantly happens every day.
Many claim that DEWs (direct energy weapons) were used on them. The evidence presented shows trauma of various shapes and nature, in some cases resembling chemical burns, solar burns or even insect bites. We cannot in good faith claim that we know that those are indeed produced by DEW and not something else, we can only assume it until we conduct an experiment to compare or devise another method to confirm it. The timing and appearance of the trauma, however, is likely connected to the phenomenon. This aspect is worth its own research.
Again, we need to keep in mind that almost no changes in the tech level of operators is observed since 230 years ago.
Competition
Cases of TI harassment happen in every country. Relocation doesn’t help and harassment doesn’t stop anywhere, like there’s some global coordination happening. It is often noticed that operators are fluent in different languages and their teams can be “international”. They freely use foreign words and idioms unknown to the targets.
This is another hard contradiction. By their very nature, special services rarely share technologies between countries. But with THAT kind of technology sharing it would be absolutely out of the question.
A party with a method to control their enemy’s minds can secure global control in hours. It would be a grave error to advertise the possession of such technology, but giving it away would be like strapping a nuclear warhead to yourself and sending the button to the enemy. The very concept of war would have changed, if not eliminated, by that technology in hands of the governments. The need for troops would have disappeared! Anyone could have been neutralized or made into a puppet.
They could potentially spy, manipulate, assassinate, whatever you imagine; and for all of it, the very existence of the TI program would be absolutely counter-productive.
But we never see this tech being used on the actual enemies of the state. A lot of effort is wasted by special forces to conduct their operations via traditional methods, be it warfare or psychological operations, which amount to misinformation of the enemy by media or internet.
Having this tech and giving it to even the most trusted ally would be a bad move, because regimes change and alliances shift. Whoever is doing that cannot be less than a global level entity, above the state level, already so firmly in control that they don’t have to worry about competition.
Scope & Resources
The number of people affected by the phenomenon is still to be precisely calculated. University of Queensland conducted a research in 2015 with a sample of 31,000 people from 19 countries, which demonstrated that around 5% of the population hears voices at least occasionally. One third of that amount hears voices constantly.
If we extrapolate and calculate, this amounts to roughly 132 million people simultaneously being affected. It’s a ballpark number, but still a staggering one. While this number seems way too high at the first glance, almost everyone knows a person or two who has experienced this phenomenon. We don’t have nearly this number of TIs in the communities, but it will be safe to assume that only a vocal minority is visible, while most suffer alone out of fear of being labeled crazy and all the stigma around it.
That number is accounting only for people hearing voices, not those who experience gangstalking without auditory effect.
Imagine the labor force needed to service “just those” 132 million. That’s 132 million cases and the same amount of squads “working” them. If we guesstimate 10 operators per squad, including management and logistics, chain of command et cetera, we get 1.32 billion agents. That’s not only more than all of the secret services, military personnel and the police in the world combined, that’s every 7th person, including infants, working in plain sight 24/7. This is absolutely impossible. The logistics alone would collapse the whole operation, it would be unsustainable and no black budget would be able to cover the costs.
This is the scale of active warfare, mobilization, not of some experiment without a practical goal or benefit. But even in time of active warfare it would be impossible to sustain such a large scale operation by any organization.
Whoever is behind this has unlimited resources. And with capabilities they demonstrate it makes sense: they can have anything they want. They probably don’t even need money. With their talents, they don’t have to rely on the state for income, so they don’t have to belong to the state.
Government agencies on the other hand won’t be able to freely make or take money for their needs; in that amount, it would have created problems for other government branches. They would have to work with a budget.
Other than just the amount, they would have to justify the reason for such spending to their superiors, they would have to produce results, but there is no value created. Somebody would have noticed that in all that time.
Motivation
There is no agreement on the presumed motive. Some think it’s persecution, some think it’s material gain by taking resources from victims, some think it’s an experiment. One thing we know for sure is that if secret services are conducting such an operation, there has to be a solid reasoning behind it.
Time spent harassing a single TI can sum up to decades. If we assume that a team of operators, from a few to dozens, is working on a single victim, then it builds up to an insane amount of spent man-hours and resources for a very little return, if any. Average TI doesn’t have much to offer, many of them are in debt to begin with. To make my point clear let’s speculate about expenses.
Let’s say a team of 10 people processes one TI, this includes several operators, analysts and technical staff. Personally, I gauged there were at least 20 people working on me 24/7, but let’s be conservative.
Assume each one gets meager $ 5,000 a month, which is a pretty low estimate for someone with access to the kind of tech that can make you a king in 5 minutes. Let’s imagine they all agree to this secret, ungrateful and hard work for this pitiful compensation.
The yearly cost of processing a single TI would be 5000 * 10 * 12 = $600,000. This is gross salary alone, without the cost of equipment, operating and administrative costs, logistics etc. There is no covering that with whatever TI has to offer. I personally have never seen that kind of money.
But really, with such opportunities, when one can learn all the secrets of anyone and control his mind and body, would one work just for a salary? Won’t it be much more simple to use your tech to make money out of thin air, using insider trading or even making people give you money? There are limitless capabilities if they wanted to use them. We can conclude that operators aren’t harassing TIs for material gain.
Let’s go over some other possibilities.
Scare tactic to oppress the general public, make them fear becoming the TI and therefore, fear the state. This one is self-contradictory. Before fearing becoming a TI, the public would have to believe us first, and they have a hard time doing that. Our experience is very subjective and cannot be shared adequately with outsiders, so the public has a general impression that we’re just nuts - and we can’t blame them. Our experience is clearly designed to not produce a credible story.
Suppression of certain “dangerous” individuals. While it may be a valid motive for a select few individuals, most TIs don’t present any political threat or possess economical power or influence. There is a miniscule intersection of TIs who are also targeted by the government (via regular methods accessible to spooks), and those cases confuse the TI community, reinforcing the established theory in their eyes. That is, if you disregard the contradictions and skip over details.
Preparation of the false flag actors, mass shooters and terrorists. This one requires its own review, because the experience indeed pushed some people to commit heinous and dangerous acts — mostly out of desperation and in a state of induced psychosis. Those should be looked at case-to-case, but we can say that in general it doesn’t happen and can’t possibly be a primary goal.
Experiment. People who promote this version usually disregard the time frame completely, which indicates that this is an established procedure. But even then, there is no way an experiment is held on a chunk of population this large and for so long. Most importantly, this phenomenon seems more like an active & stable application of something already well-practiced. We just have not yet understood why and by whom.
The fact is each TI has his own beliefs, or rather guesses, of the motives behind persecution, and they vary as much as profiles of the subjects. But the scale of the phenomenon, which shows common procedure applied to TIs, indicates that the motive behind it is also likely common for all of them.
What about the actual motivation of secret services, which is protection of the state & its officials? The TI program would present a huge problem, because an enormous mass of agents would be busy doing something virtually useless, and voice operators would spend lifetimes harassing people instead of actually spying. Such a resource drain would be a great motivation to any leader to repurpose the program immediately.
Publicity
Special services prefer to not advertise their secret programs. Experiments are usually carried out in closed laboratories, not in the general public; in a controlled environment, not in “neighboring apartments”. Measures would be taken against potential whistleblowers and subjects, instead of intentionally provoking them to publish their experiences without repercussions.
Moreover, as mentioned before, disclosing the very existence of such a toolkit undermines its effectiveness. After all, victims are allowed to speak, coordinate and conduct research, albeit slightly, but increasing the chances of developing effective countermeasures and finally proving the reality of the phenomenon to outsiders. Communication of subjects also affects the “experiment” itself, altering and contaminating its possible results.
Instead of being covered up, it feels like TIs are being pushed to discover and reveal the secret organization behind harassment, as well as their technologies.
Of course, we might assume that this is a “hiding in plain sight” strategy, so nobody would believe TIs. And partially this is true, especially since most TIs make rather bizarre, unprovable claims and rush to action, sometimes to a bitter end, which creates an atmosphere of distrust for TIs. But I’d argue that this would be a “solution” for the problem created by this “solution” itself. Without publicity, there would be no need to discredit TIs and spread misinformation. So we must conclude that conducting the procedure on TIs is so important, that information leaks are acceptable, even though there are clear attempts of misinformation and obfuscation.
Evidence, whistleblowers and leaks
Since 1793, a lot of governments and state forms have changed in many countries, with disclosures of archives, and inter- and intradepartmental struggles. Many politicians would love nothing more than the opportunity to smear their predecessors and come forward with the horrible atrocity of the previous regime. During coups and revolutions, the TI program might have been revealed, or even used to prevent said coups. Old employees might have spilled their beans on the deathbed. A piece of internal documentation. A piece of equipment. But we get nothing.
This is even more strange, considering that the program is anything but secret. Operators don’t hide their allegiance from victims. TIs publish their cases on the Internet daily with no repercussions, discuss it freely, collaborate and even bring outside specialists to the effort.
One can assume that each of the agents is tightly controlled by other agents to prevent whistleblowing to anyone but TIs. But then who then controls the controllers? And who controls the supervisors? Is there enough people on Earth for that?
There is a limit on how long something can be kept under the lid. Eventually every long kept secret is being revealed, and the larger the scale, the more probable the leak.
For 230 years there is bound to be least one disgruntled employee, disillusioned with the system or burned out by the torture in which he participates. Some documents would surface, describing the methodology and actual goal, maybe some logs and reports, guidelines and so on. But we have zero conclusive evidence, only hearsays, assumptions and reaching.
I gave a long look to MK ULTRA, Zersetzung program and infamous “eBay case”, which are considered to be the proofs of government involvement. Each of those deserves a separate detailed report, but the preliminary conclusion on all of those is they don’t exhibit the same methods, patterns and capabilities common for TI experience.
Those are just several of the key differences between TI experience and known & documented programs like MK ULTRA and Zerzetsung:
- lack of practical motive and goal
- quantity of people involved is nowhere comparable
- timeframe is nowhere comparable (for both subjects and experiment)
- unknown/anachronistic tech used
The most famous experiment on humans is the MK ULTRA program, carried out at the time by the CIA. It’s often compared to targeted harassment.
It lasted several years with defined and logical goals. Program included a multitude of varied experiments. But the TI phenomenon has been going on for at least 230 years. And it is carried out by some “global special service” with at least tens of millions of members, which no one interferes with, and which is not afraid of publicity, but still no one knows about it.
Zersetzung looks much more similar, used to neutralize dissidents. Very contemporary methods were used, like simple outside surveillance or messing with the house, while the TI phenomenon existed in parallel with all the unexplainable capabilities like telepathy.
Stasi officers would drool all over if they’d ever got access to such tech. And nobody in the whole new DDR world would ever know it exists.
We can even assume that Zersetzung was inspired by some poor TI who came to Stasi with complaints. It looks like an imitation of the real phenomenon. We can’t know for sure, but it would be a fair assumption to say that Stasi could have gotten the idea of Zersetzung when actual victims of phenomenon came to complain. It’s possible that they saw how distressed targets were and saw an opportunity to mimic the phenomenon. It will take a titanic effort to determine which alleged Zersetzung victims were actually targeted by the state and which were experiencing the phenomenon.
Regarding the eBay case, under a looking glass it’s nothing more than an exceptional case of corporative arrogance and human stupidity. It has similarities, but overall is unrelated to the phenomenon experienced by TIs, it was a personal decision with clear motive and poor execution, with no tech used beyond freely available.
We have some evidence collected by communities, like burn marks and car scratches, but unfortunately all that kind of evidence can prove only the existence of experience itself, but does not give us tangible proof to link special services to the TI phenomenon.
Operators profile
Most of operators sound like middle-aged men and women, but there are also very old people, and even children appearing in auditory communication. Some voice hearing TIs reported that “operators casually bring their children to work, and they are even more cruel.”
There are reports of children as young as six years old participating. Thankfully, I did not experience “child operators” myself, but most of “my” team sound well over 50, some even over 70. Special services employees usually retire much earlier, it’s one of the incentives.
Apparently, their fate is not to envy: instead of the first class retirement, they get chained to the remote control chair, and instead of a pension, they go straight to the coffin. Doesn’t look lucrative or probable for a federal employee.
Many of the victims believe that some of the secret service agents, having access to tech like this, would seriously agree to live such a life, but it’s very unlikely. Agents are the same people as we are, with ambitions, feelings and desires, and spending their own life commenting on a TI’s is simply an unattractive proposition.
But operators don’t get to rest. They don’t get to spend money or enjoy life, at least for the period of active harassment, which can last decades.
Some suggest that all the operators are wicked psychopaths. There aren’t enough psychopaths on Earth for that, even in all the clinics of the world. There are even less available, because most of those who can function are already busy making our laws. Seriously, though, even the worst psycho has personal interests and goals in life. It would also be risky to count on secrecy and loyalty from operators if their psyche is unstable. The work is very taxing and having an unstable person on a team would compromise it, especially given that job goes on for years with no vacations and weekends.
Coming back to their age, it’s tough enough to believe such old people are working 24/7 for years, it would be taxing even for a young person. They are on the job when you wake up and when you fall asleep. Some people report observing “shifts” but I didn’t notice that personally in a few years. And in the night, they don’t go away, operating on TI’s dreams. Apparently, they almost never tire out or require rest.
If they die on a job, may it be so they are born on a job as well?
Overall that makes us question if operators are human at all. There is a very popular opinion that some sort of “battle AI” is used, operating from a satellite. It would almost fit the narrative, if only we would throw away everything we know before the 1990s. But when I read reports from the late 19th century, I see the same psychological mechanics as today, the same tactics, effects and technology, and even the same behavior exhibited by operators. Also, they are capable of emotional response, they laugh at jokes, they get irritated and angry, hysterical even, each with his own distinct personality. And they consistently demonstrated that behavior since first documented cases.
So what in the hell are they? We can’t answer that question, not yet. But for sure we can say that it is impossible for them to be employed by alphabet agencies. They are sentient, emotional, but they aren’t regular humans.
Target profile
Average TI is an ordinary person with common problems, not a dissident or a threat to the state. Most of them aren’t even into politics beyond the level of TV or social media. Neutralizing or harassing such people does not achieve any goal that the state security could possibly pursue.
Some people suggest that the TI phenomena is a punishment for wrongthinkers. There are some between TIs who present actual possible interest to the government but their quantity is miniscule. Selection of those who have proof that the government is actually after them is even smaller, and this persecution is very tangible, sometimes resulting in warrants. Those people don’t make a significant statistical share.
While many targets aren’t political, a lot of them blame the government and some even become actively political, aggressively opposing the government. This experience produces dissidents, not neutralizes them.
There is no clear common link between TIs beside the harassment itself. They consist mostly of adult people, some elderly and very few children. Intelligence and cognitive abilities of TIs range from extremely low to extremely high, with median similar to the general population.
We rarely see celebrities, politicians and military officials coming out as TIs. We cannot know for sure if they are affected or not, but we know that many TIs are reluctant to share their experience out of the stigma that goes with it, which could easily ruin a career and turn TI into a pariah. Powerful and rich people are likely to keep a low profile, referring to private medical professionals, bound with client privilege.
This is a valid point. There are actors and musicians amongst TIs, but I have yet to find politicians or the military personnel who would openly admit to be a TI. There are several possible explanations:
- politicians hide TI experience because of the stigma and harm to image
- cases of politician / military TI experience are covered up by actual special services on behalf of the state
- the influence on politicians is carried out in a covert way, without their own knowledge, so as not to provoke immediate replacement of the politician (by special services or otherwise)
- politicians are not affected based on the deal with operators (institutional)
However, there are exceptions. For example, infamous Adolf Hitler, while he was still a nobody in the army, survived in the trenches of WWI only because a voice in his head shouted “step back!” before a mine fell on his position and killed his comrades. He was put in the hospital, where he had visions that put him on his path.
Psychiatrists today cannot present any clear genesis to this condition and use case-to-case origin hypotheses that differ a lot. Uncanny similarity of experiences is ignored.
There are some common conditions TIs mention, like isolation and feeling of being “stuck in life” before experience, but we’ll need to get more data to say for sure.
We can therefore claim that anyone can be a target of the TI phenomenon and it’s impossible to predict if it will happen to a certain person.
Staged impression
How do TIs get the idea of secret services being complicit?
Surprisingly, the principal source of that impression is operators themselves. They don’t only seem to boast their allegiance, they actively use it as a fear tool and for other means. But how credible is this information?
Those who experienced voices know that the first phase of the ordeal is all about fear. Operators stage a perfect picture of persecution, putting the subject in the state of paranoia. Even your neighbors seem to listen for your every breath and discuss it. Then you realize it’s in your head, and the voices, who make a point of being untrustworthy, claim that they’re after the subject and confirm whatever biggest fear his mind can project. Which, in this type of situation, in our day and age will usually be “it’s the spooks”.
For me, afterwards happened the usual — search for the cameras, hiding under the blanket, relocation. I realized some time later there are holes in the picture of fear. After questioning the “secret service theory”, my experience has changed, as well as many viewpoints I held my whole life. Unfortunately, many others get stuck at this stage, not asking the right questions. It can last years and it’s horrible.
Communities are partly to blame for perpetuating this theory, but it was done in good faith. We all want an answer and existing consensus was just a most likely one until we got more data. But now is the time to rethink our beliefs.
With all their activities, operators intentionally demonstrate to the target that they cannot be trusted. Provocations for absurd actions, disinformation about family, friends and acquaintances, plain lies and manipulation. They humiliate and harm the TI, behaving like plain jerks.
Nevertheless, when they state “this is an experiment, we’re CIA and we’re gonna get ya”, TI still manages to take it at face value. And it’s very difficult not to, after all it just makes sense in the moment that the CIA is after you. That’s how you imagined them. They even play on the target’s self-esteem, giving a bit of a feel of importance.
Thirst for a simple & reasonable answer plays a cruel joke on TI here. Trusting operators is a grave mistake, which everyone learns on his own. If anything, the operator’s claim makes their allegiance less likely.
Then why do they support the impression of secret services? Why do they reinforce this theory?
My hypothesis is there’s a conscious effort by the operators to ground targets in reality. Instead of questioning his sanity as soon as he hears voices in his head, the target is gradually discovering unlikely and disturbing events happening all around with improbable frequency. Those events are absolutely real and together they paint a staged picture of targeted persecution. They aren’t only after the stress it produces, but also the connection to reality which incepts the target with an idea that the source of his problems is external. Instead of blaming his own brain malfunction, TI sees the image of an enemy.
Neither of two options is necessary correct, it’s just the matter of fact that seeking for the answer to the experience brings TI to the choice between those two options.
Staged impression of government persecution makes TI less likely to go to the mental clinic. Being admitted is an experience of itself, and while it’s helpful for some, for most medication brings only the numbness of reactions, while voices remain. If the subject stops taking pills, voices often return and the ride continues.
Without medication, though, the subject lives through an hellish, cathartic and usually life-changing experience which can change intensity and quality over time. There is clearly a motive operators have, which requires them to subject targets to that kind of influence. To execute their plan, they clearly prefer to keep the target out of the clinic.
In my opinion, neither medical assistance nor fighting the government brings the TI community closer to resolution. Only through collective effort and investigation with open mind can we obtain answers that we desperately need.
Secret Services involvement
What do secret services actually know and think of the phenomenon? Do they do anything and can they do anything?
We know there’s no shortage of requests for them to investigate & cease. Potentially they might have looked at the phenomenon now and again, even analyzed it, but it seems like they don’t take it seriously.
Why it seems so is another question. This phenomenon is just too large not to notice, even with all the stigma that protects it from serious investigation. Does our government actually know who is behind this and prefer to pretend they don’t? It won’t be unlikely. But if they know what’s going on, they deliberately allow operators to work on their turf.
Even there we have multiple possibilities. Our governments might as well be played just like TIs, fed with disinformation on a different level. They might “protect” that version from public knowledge but it doesn’t mean that version is true.
They might even have direct contact with perpetrators and negotiate. Maybe they even have deals in action for a while, say, a few hundred years or more.
Or they might be sweeping it under the rug because they actually know who’s doing it and don’t want to piss them off.
I’m confident we will be taken extremely seriously by the secret services in the near future, especially if we successfully discover the nature of perpetrators.
CONCLUSION
There isn’t a single known entity who would be capable, and most importantly, interested in carrying out the enormous labor that is being done by psi-operators.
The version of secret services being a culprit does not stand up to criticism and is deliberately disseminated by the operators themselves as disinformation.
The nature of the actions of the operators does not coincide with the goals of any known organization, public or private.
So who if not them? That is a question for another day.
For now we just can say for sure it’s not anybody we know. A completely unknown shadow entity, as real as a rock and as unnatural as a ghost. Something so huge we didn’t see in plain sight.
I understand that uncertainty is scary and for many might seem as a step back. But knowing you were wrong is never a step back, it is a leap forward, because it makes you not wrong anymore. So you can finally come closer to being right.
