In a fast-paced world of startups, the mantra often seems to be “move fast and break things”. While speed is crucial, applying undue pressure on software developers to deliver a project within an unreasonably short time can backfire.

Having worked with different software developers on startup projects, I’ve observed some risk factors that pose a great risk to software development.
