Confidence and Cowardice

I was reading - The art of public speaking; after completing 1st chapter there are some exercise, they asked ‘Write two minus speech on Confidence and Cowardice.’

Confidence and Cowardice are like two phases of coin, we can see either one while a person giving speech or presentation to a group of people. If he prepare well he deliver confidentialy and his temperament boost him to deliver like a pro, to achieve this he should off focus himself and focus audience.

Cowardice is a results of lack of effort and preparation, giving sh*t what others think, creating negative story in mind. To conquer Cowardice one should focus on positive thing and my technique is preparing mentally to encounter best and worst outcome, this alon will help us to combat Cowardice.
