Just yesterday I finished my 30- Online Journalling challenge and it was the first feather in my consistency routines.

How difficult it is to show up when you don’t see the results you wish to?

Very.

Have you loved someone or something so unconditionally, that you just won’t give up no matter what?

If you have then you know what I’m talking about.

It's challenging but rewarding. To keep going without any immediate gratification.

So I decided to keep the challenge going till I can, there’s no specific timeline in mind so far but I want to keep going for as long as I can.

Here’s the questionnaire for today —

  • How did I start my day?
  • What did I eat?
  • What did I accomplish?
  • Where did I mess up?
  • How did I end my day?

How did I start my day?

Woke up a tad bit late today at 7 a.m. and sipped on some water and beetroot, pineapple, and orange juice. A refreshing drink for a refreshing morning.

After a slow morning, I fell into a loop of mind-numbing state of racing thoughts and no action.

Since I’ve started meditating such days are few, but today was one such day.

Struggled to break that chain, somehow got up and took a shower.

Got out and ate breakfast still finding it hard to stop the racing mind.

What did I eat?

Breakfast — Multigrain oats upma.

Breakfast Time — 9:30 a.m.

Lunch — Coconut milk, chia, fresh fruit, and dry fruit smoothie, and pan-tossed spiced brinjal fry.

Lunch Time — 2:30 p.m.

Dinner — Pumpkin soup and fenugreek chapatis with beans fry.

Dinner Time — 7:30 p.m.

What did I accomplish?

Continued the daily online writing challenge, it was a push towards improving the art.

Completed office tasks.

Where did I mess up?

No physical activity.

Too much time spent watching sitcoms.

Lost control over a silly issue.

How did I end my day?

Meditated for thirty minutes, and heard Indian classical music — this is a recent taste that I’ve developed.

Brushed my teeth and tucked myself in bed.
