I’ve tried waking up at 4:45 for 10 days and it help me to work on my personal stuff and catch up with a lot of reading I didn’t had time during common routine days. I do find it challenging as part of a life that includes a partner who might have a different schedule and by the time you can/want/might have kids. It’s not an excuse but sharing routine with a partner adds some complexity. The 10 days I woke up at 4:45 I was on a business trip and it worth it to wake up 3 hours before. Thanks for sharing.
