Really good article as it centers on what it is important and the some of the biggest challenges that we need to address for us to be able to enjoy what we have spite of apps always requesting attention.

I’m learning to control the impulse to just to grab my phone because it’s there and be less dependent from it. Mindfulness meditation, and dropping technology at least for a while help a lot to my day to day reaction and specially my energy.
