In an early stage startup, especially one that’s on the edge of a new market or technology, building a product roadmap seems to be a futile exercise. The market is moving fast, the technology is moving fast, the customers & developers are moving even faster.
High value delivered, means you don’t need a large number of buyers. ie to get to $10M ARR, at $1K ACV, needs 10000 SMB customers. To get to $10M ARR at $10K ACV needs only 1000 buyers. If you’re selling at $10 to customers you need to get to 1 million buyers!
