Great list James. I have my own list of items too —Apple, Banana, Spinach, home made nut ball (cashews, almonds, dates, chia seeds, dry coconut ), home made yogurt, cinnamon powder, honey, protein powder. Sometimes I simply use a box cereal (plain cornflex or anything from Kashi) as a base too.
