Amazing truck Ride from Mumbai to hyderabad

I had an amazing opportunity to travel from mumbai to Hyderabad, this travel was a part of experimental journey, which consisted of enabling learnings and collect first hand data of the industry, i went on to meet many truckers down the lane. Journey started on windy evening with midst of rains were felt heavily, thunders were at peak. While the scenic view out of window was mumbai Pune express highway breath taking lanes, tunnels , those were the images when the first few drops of rain gets dissolved with hot sunny dusk soil when flowers gloom and trees dance. Winds blowing through windshield of the truck. Made me feel i am going on a mission to change the world or to improve the unchanged. Music from loud speakers with classic songs made the atmosphere more Energetic.

Learnt how difficult it is to ship goods from one location to another, much difficult is the lifestyle they live in , poor infrastructure, bad amenities, This forces them to depend on other peoples properties to park vehicles, take baths Or wash clothes, much after this self respect drivers have been all time low and no much support by the government for this sensitive industry but highly unorganised.

There is huge amount of problem which can be solved but the difficulty is the fragmented industry, industry credit standards and much importantly the risk involved.

A small dhabaa (motel) on an highway our way this was the first stop over at pune, we had some fresh hot samossa and Tea, along with fellow drivers and all other fleet owners around me, the dhabaa owner eventually asked me.
You don't look like a truck driver, what are you doing here. To which i replied, i am now a part of it, he replied good to see young minds like you.
After having high tea i personal visited each table spoke with many truck drivers about difficulties faced by them , which helped me to. understand the problem and also analyse the solution within it, few more trucks were plying around, tried to meet each of them.

The journey continued with the strong determination of changing the community of truckers and making it much more organised.
