According to JoSAA 2015 business rule, a single opportunity is available for the registration and online choice filling. But for switching the allocated seat, the candidates will have to report twice, which is also known as Dual Reporting. In Dual Reporting, the candidates will have to report twice, to exchange the seat allocated in one institute with the seat allocated in another one. If the candidate fails to do so, he/she will end up losing the seat in both the institute.
