Dear Claire, I am just an average person born and living in the Dominican Republic, but I’ve been several times in the States and every single time I visit your country I feel less safe than the previous time. In my country, we don’t have much to teach about this, given that this is not the safest place on Earth to live, but we’re definitely not comfortable with everyone carrying guns everywhere, as it appears to happen in the United States. But this is not what I want to share right now. Yesterday, while going through my Facebook feed, I found something that is as terrifying as terrorism itself. Check the picture below.

This photograph was posted by someone called Michele Fiore, who, even if I didn’t do my casual background check, appears to have the kind of family everyone in Nevada wants to have, and I’m saying this because of the comments I found. I made a selection of some of the most twisted comments.

I don’t know exactly where you live, but America is not a safe country anymore and I’m considering to never go back there, mostly because of the mayhem situation it appears to be to change your gun laws and the little but no hope I have about it.
