The number of bitcoin scams has been rapidly rising. As the saying goes by the future of the world is cryptocurrency. But are we sure our crypto is safe and privacy is intact in the world of cryptocurrency? We’ve been familiar with many crypto scams like the Mt.Gox scam, Twitter hack, etc.

We cannot run from scams but we can be familiar with the different scam services. The goal is to make blockchain safer to use for everyone by exposing scammers who abuse it. I’ve listed some of the mixers which are claimed to be scammed by many users.

    Anonymixx is the popular bitcoin mixer service that has been marked as a scam by scam-alert.io. They provide a mixing service to BTC only.

    Another popular mixer service that has been accused of scam is Coinmixer.ES. The mixer allows the user to create a maximum of 5 withdrawal addresses with a time delay of 5 Days.
    Given the features, no wonder many people will use it. As a result, many users have been victims of their scams and tried to reach their support to claim their funds.

    MyCryptoMixer is one of the famous yet scam mixer services. People often get confused with CryptoMixer and MyCryptoMixer. Between these two MyCryptoMixer has been accused to be a scam by many users meanwhile Cryptomixer is claimed to be trustworthy.

Amid all those scams, there are some of the sites which provide an insight into the scam wallet addresses. They exist to make blockchain safer for everyone by tracking and exposing criminals who abuse blockchain for illegal activities.
I’m gonna list a few of them that I came across.

Conclusion

Even if the address has not been reported to any of the services mentioned above. Unreported addresses might still be used in scams so caution is advised. If you suspect any address is being used in a scam, please report it in any services listed. So, as I mentioned in my previous publication, it is always a great decision to send a little amount to the wallet address at first to check the reliability.
