Hi Matt I work in UX. Nowadays Im working on a project to improve the user experience of one of our services. We use design thinking and after some user researches, we have come to the idea that a bot is the perfect solution. So I started looking at some cool bots and now Im doing my first bot mock ups. I love this, bots have lot of petential !!
