The forthcoming tamil movie is Anjaan, it's an action movie. The lead roles in the film are Surya, Samantha, Prakash Raj, Manoj Bajpai, Nadhiya and supporting roles are Jangiri Madumitha, Vidyut Jammal, Rajpal Yadav, Dalip Tahil, Murli Sharma, Asif Basra, Sathyan, Brahmanandam. While the movie is directed by Lingusamy and produced by itself. The studio is Thirupathi Brothers and distributed by UTV motion pictures. Santosh Sivan handled the camera and editing works by Anthony.

In july 2012, surya has reported to act in lingusamy's film and then he signed for the film. After completion of singam 2, surya's next action film is anjaan, it will initially reported by lingusamy.

Mid of November 2013 the film shoot begins, but the title not yet confirmed and in january 2014 the title was initially announced as Anjaan.
