tail -f
specially interesting if you want to see what happens in a log during testing.
the -f flag leaves the stream open, so you see all the entries which are added when you test specific functions, and after that you can scroll up and down to see which entries were generated in this specific testrun

I don’t remember if it allows /f text to find and then cmd+U and cmd+D to search up and down, but at least less does support this function
