Everyone Is a (Digital) Buyer!

You’re a buyer.
I’m a buyer.
We all are buyers — Digital Buyers.
Technology has changed the way we shop.
I am a self-directed buyer.
When I need to purchase something, I never interact the brand or a business directly.
All I need — Fingers, a Smartphone/laptop, and an Internet Connection.
I check the brand’s website, social media platform (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), product benefits, blog/content, past customer’s reviews — before making a decision.
And as a buyer, I truly believe a brand or business should inform & entertain me, but never irritate me.
No one wants to be a marketing target.
I expect their content should be helpful, educational, relevant and entertaining.
If a brand doesn’t keep communications engaging, I’ll opt out. Simple.
One guy sent me an email everyday which said: “Are you ready to buy? Hi, are you ready to buy? Just for you buy today!”
This guy was irritating me so much, I marked him spam!
Don’t be that guy.
