Vegetarians get their protein source from the plant and other protein source products. Plant In itself is enough to give you a complete source of protein, there will be no deficiency of protein in your body and cereals and pulses are also the protein source. What you said is Plant protein sources, on the other hand, are considered to be incomplete, so, I’m just trying to brief on this statement.
