I’m interested to see what Thon Maker does. I think he’s going to be a star or a dud with very little room for the in-between. Maybe during Summer League we will get closer in learning if he is a three-slaying sniper who was sandbagging the draft, or if he is a scared young (or older) man who hustled the NBA by not working out for any team. I think it might be the latter because anyone with competitive juices in his veins would want to show off his game.
