The installation process of fabric duct systems is relatively straightforward and can be completed in a shorter timeframe compared to traditional metal ductwork. The process typically involves the following steps:

Site Survey: A site survey is conducted to assess the space and determine the airflow requirements. This includes measuring the dimensions of the space, identifying any obstacles or obstructions, and determining the best placement for the fabric ducts.

Fabrication: The fabric ducts are custom-made based on the site survey measurements and design requirements Fabric Ducting. The fabric tubes are cut and sewn together, and any necessary accessories, such as diffusers and airflow control devices, are attached.

Suspension: The support cables are installed and secured to the ceiling. The fabric ducts are then attached to the support cables using suspension devices such as hooks or clamps. The fabric ducts are positioned and adjusted to ensure optimal airflow distribution.

HVAC Connection: The fabric ducts are connected to the HVAC system using flexible duct connectors. These connectors allow for easy installation and ensure a secure and airtight connection between the fabric ducts and the HVAC system.

Testing and Commissioning: Once the fabric duct system is installed, it undergoes testing and commissioning to ensure proper functioning and compliance with design specifications. This includes checking for any air leakage, adjusting airflow control devices, and verifying the performance of the diffusers.
