I heard all the complaints about NBC’s terrible coverage. Sorry, that totally sucks.

I’m a cord cutter for 5 years, and yet our public broadcaster, the CBC gave us almost 12 hours of coverage and events every day throughout. And not just when Canadians were competing, they covered everything.

And, on Sat. Aug.20th they suspended coverage to simulcast a 3 hour concert by our most beloved band, the Tragically Hip. 3 hours, no commercials, no commentary, just the concert.

So, let me beep my little horn, but I think that we Canadians got the best coverage of the Olympics ever.
