Introduction

The photos we take with our iPhones help us to save the moments of our life. It’s a wonder how we ever got by before our smart phones came into our life. For most of us, our iPhones are like an extra appendage and we take them with us everywhere we go.

The problem is with it being so convenient to snap a quick photo just about anywhere it doesn’t take long before our devices are full of great pictures that we don’t know what to do with. With the print ME app you can quickly and easily send your favorite pictures to be processed and re-created as a great photo book or calendar. This is a free app and it’s compatible with the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Save the Moments of Your Life Forever

The one thing you won’t have any trouble finding in the App Store is a photo editing app. App developers recognize our love of photos and have capitalized on this to create a never-ending stream of photo editing apps, but as good as these apps can be they don’t give you a platform to create tangible lasting memories with your photos in the form of books or calendars — there may be a few apps that do, but not many. This has left a big gap which print ME has done a good job of filling.

This is definitely a great app, but it’s important to keep in mind that while the app is free the photo books and calendars are not. You can create your book or calendar, but when it comes time to order it be prepared to pay a good price for it. Depending on what you order you can expect to pay anywhere from $24.99 to $29.99 — these aren’t outlandish rates but they’re not cheap either. On the positive side the app does have a great interface. They walk you through the process of creating your book step-by-step and make it easy to order your keepsake with a simple process. This app will require 55.6 MB of available space on your iOS device.

How It Works

Before you can get started creating photo books or calendars you will of course have to allow the app access to your personal photo archives — after that it’s simply a matter of choosing between a hardcover photo book, a soft cover photo book, or a calendar. It all depends on what you’re looking for, but the calendars are pretty cool.

When you choose to create a book you’ll be prompted to choose at least 24 photos from your archives and it’s a real simple process, you just tap on the photos you want, click on create cover, select the cover from one of the several options available (they’re all pretty cool), and you can move onto the next step. You have quite a lot of different options for how you’d like the book to be laid out — for instance you can have one photo on a page, two photos on a page, three photos on a page, and you can also choose how you want them to be laid out on the page.

If you choose to go with the calendar option instead you follow a similar process. Once you’ve selected all the photos you want included and customize your format you’ll then be prompted to fill out your ordering details and you can pay for your purchase using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX. Your order is then sent to you using FedEx and the shipment time is pretty quick.
