Let’s get rid of all biases and preconceptions like hair patterns, face colour, etc. English is not just one language to focus on. The time has come to design for everyone. It’s time to ask yourself questions like: 1) How might our design need to be adapted to account for different perspectives?
2) Are our designs taking into account impact on the planet, or promoting behaviour change for the better?
3) Have we considered the alternatives to the “happy path” for our users?
4) Have we used “easy language”?
5) Does everyone using this feel welcome and safe?
6) Do the Company’s principles align with UX patterns?
7) Does the product or service incorporate carbon-aware design?
