I completely agree. I titled my post “collapse” because it was how I felt and how quickly my mental state was unraveling. The holidays are a great time to check up on friends, and I have been doing that for the past few days. Hope you are having a good end of the year. If you are on Twitter, there’s a good veteran community there that looks after one another as well.
